Hello everyone. I've created a short movie, it's to be used as an intro page for a website. All it has in it is some text morphing. More exact, it has two separate morphs(one line of text morph into another, then that line morph into yet another line of text).

Okay, here's my question, what can I do to make it load faster? My movie duration is only 130 frames or 10.4 seconds, but according to Flash the preload is 150 frames or 24.1 seconds. I know this might not seem like a long time to wait, but for someone who is as impatient as I am I wouldn't want someone to click off it too quickly.

I used the same font and same sized font. The movie works great, it does exactly what I want it to do but it loads too slowly at 28.8.

Oh, and I also have a pre-loader too which has brought my pre-load up to 283 frames. I'll be looking for a faster loading pre-loader.

Anyway, here is the url for my movie:

from what i have seen you have nothing to worry about..loaded in about 3 seconds for me if that..and 24 seconds at 28k is really good man..you figure your 56k will be cut in half..cable was instant on first load..don't thinkl you can really ask for more that that..

you see the whole thing is the morph..it takes a little more time then most tweens..but as far as yours go's, nothing to worry about..

atleast my opinion..
