Text Message Notification Display

Our Call Pilot 4.0 sends e-mail messages to users whenever they receive a new voice mail message. The users love the system, but the messages appear in Outlook as coming from:

Postmaster@srvch_callpilot.chicago.[firm mail server domain].com

Is there a way to customize that so that the FROM field on Text Notification e-mail messages would say something less technical, like "Call Pilot"?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
add the address to their address book and fill in the DISPLAY NAME to be whatever you want to see and the E-mail address to be what you have above, see if that works
