Text keeps disappearing in InDesign CS3

I'm trying to type in a number in my x and y coordinates. Everytime I type in a number, it disappears and goes back to the original number. This has happened alot in the find/change palette too. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know what is going on?

On opening your InDesign hold down CTRL ALT SHIFT on windows or CMD SHIFT ALT on mac, this will reset your preferences.

You will have to reload any special shortcuts etc. so make sure you save them etc.

Thanks! I checked Adobe's forum and found out what is going on. Looks like a bug in InDesign. I hope they fix it soon because it is really annoying!

Ah I see... it's an ongoing Mac problem. Problem lies at Apples end, I think.
