I'm not sure how this happened, but any new text I create is outline only. I'm not sure how to correct. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

What version of PSP do you have, and how are you creating the text: Vector, Raster, selection etc..?
If you are creating it as a vector, try right clicking on the Text layer in the Layer Palette and selecting properties, you can change the fill, and outline as well as the thickness of the outline.

Ignorance is not necessarily Bliss, case in point:
Unknown has caused an Unknown Error on Unknown and must be shutdown to prevent damage to Unknown.
