Text in footer of printout

I am running P3 version 3.1 and the user before me placed his name and phone number in the center footer below the Project name for all Gantt chart printouts. He did not use the "print setup/footer" tool to put this in. So how did he put the text there, and how do I change or delete it???

Disregard! I found the text that shows in the center column of the printouts. It was enterd in the Left column after I scrolled 20 or so lines down.
