text in a spiral shape 1

Could anybody please point me to a tutorial on typing text on a spiral path. I have ps CS and can do text on a cirle, arc and even on a spiral but getting an even spiral by the freeform pen tool is somewhat shaky.

or (in CS anyway) there is a spiral vector shape you could use.

Moe: It could have been a real ugly situation, but luckily I managed to shoot him in the spine.
