Hi all,
I am having a report which is having multiple columns and is installed in the Seagate Info 7. The problem that i am facing is that once i generate the output by scheduling the report with appropriate parameters the data is proper and in proper format. ( I do this by right clicking the desired report and then by selecting schedule and then supply proper parameter date range in the prompt tab and then select the publish format as TEXT in the info tab.) Now the very next minute if i generate the report again by the same parameters and in the same way publish format then the data in the test output file is getting truncated.
e.g.
Case 1 When data is generated for the first time its like this:
ID Name Date Info
12345566XYZASASD 20/12/2003 EDDDDdDD
12345566 12/12/2003 asdadasd
Case 2 When again i schedule the report in a minute after the above output it gives the following output:
ID Name Date Info
12345ZASASD /12/2003 DDDdDD
12345weeeee /12/2003 dadasd
If you can notice the difference between the two cases the second is having some data truncated or overlapped. I if i keep on generating the report for next 10-15 mins or so the output will be this same. BUt if the report is scheduled after some time gap of say 20 mins or so then the output is perfect and it comes out at the case 1.
So i am baffled that why the same report when generated with the same parameters and the same criteria give different outputs in text format if generated within a specific time gap.And works fine if being generated after a specified time gap.
Any help in this direction will be very much appreciated.
Thanks in Advance.
