Hello-
I have a long paragrah of text that I have broken into a 2 column flow. Is there a way to tell InDesign where I would like it to flow to the next column? The only way I have found to do this so far is to adjust the height of the box. However, it is a long document (100+ pages) and every left page has versions of this paragraph, so I would like to keep the paragraph box the same size for consistency.

Thanks for your help!

Type / Insert break character / Column break.

This may solve your problem.
Go to placement where you wish to manually control the end of the first column and use the above command.

Good luck.

That is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much!
