please tell me all differences, especially wrt EOF,
LINE FEED AND CARRIAGE RETURN

I am sorry i framed a wrong question

i wanted to know all the difference between text files and
binary files in windows.

Binary files are written with exactly what you send them. If you send them a hello and press enter, you will write hello a CR and a LF. With other types of files (not binary) it may convert the CR and LF to as single CR or a single LF depending on the operating system.
