text file to memo field 1

I recently saw a thread that told how to create a text file from a memo field. I want to do the opposite. Put the contents of a text file into a memo field.

I think you can do that like this:

replace MyMemo with Memoread("c:\myfile.txt")

You might need to add a record to the table first
