Below is the text file a software program is producing,
could any one let me know what would be the easiest way to
place this data into a web page. The text file will
change, as you can probably see the code/text is for a
letting agents website. Any help would be much appreciated.

make the software program output the text file in a specified folder on the server and name it unique so that it can be overwritten with a new file everytime...

then use the code on the following link to read the text file...
