Text fields

This probally a simple thing. I am trying to make a recipe calculator, I need to have a text field at the top where the default serving amount will be but the user is able to change it, and when they do the quantities in the botom change perportionaly, my problem is i dont know how to set up the variables so that the bottom boxes are looking to the top for a number to multiple (1 serving size amount) too.

just have the mc looping through a couple frames and have the boxes on the bottom referncing the top on... then when the top changes the bottom ones will update on the spot because they are constantly looping through
