Manually export the table/query you are trying to export following the steps below.
1) Click Save as/Export on file menu
2) Select "To an External File or Database" and click "OK"
3) Change "Save as type" to "Text Files" and click "Export"
4)This should activate the Export Wizard. Click on advanced and change the properties as needed. (most notably, change the text qualifier to {none}) -- When all properties are correct, select "Save as" and enter the desired specification name.
5) At this point you do not need to move forward with the export, you just wanted to created the export specification.
Now in your macro under transfer type change specification name to the specification you created above.
