Crystal reports 11

I have placed a large volume of text on the last page of a report.

It is a sales invoice format and the terms & conditions of the deal are on the last page.

I am trying to fit it all onto the last page but the only way I can see now is to shrink it to a font size of 4.
(this makes is really hard to read)
However when I print the report I can see that there is still space on the A4 paper.

How can I perfectly fit this text onto an A4 page and increase the font size

Try File > Page Setup, this can alter the margins. But when I've done this, I've found that text that shows on the screen may not be printed. Depends a lot on the printer, no doubt.

Another trick is to use a different font. I've found Ariel Narrow useful.

If it's variable text, you can adjust size etc. according to 'Length' for the field.

PS. I was assuming you have begun a new page for the text. If not, this is an option for a section, right-click on the section margin to see such options.

Thanks for the solutions..

I changed the font and increased the margin but still can't seem to fit it all into 1 page.
The Text goes onto the next page

The text still appears longer, I am trying to figure out a way to widen the text ?

I can't think of any other options. You can change the page orientation, though only for the whole report. That probably won't improve things.

Can anyone else help?
