My client has grown frustrated with FCKEditor, and asked me to find an alternative. I've looked on google, and found Editize.

Just wondering if anyone has any other suggestions.

Thanks.

any analysis on the code that tiny mce produces ?

xhtml, css?

It's basically JS with CSS styles. Completely adjustable to your needs. I use it for a client's site for their CMS system. Took me about 10 min or so to implement it.

I tried FCKEditor also and found it too clunky. Maybe I'll try tiny MCE.

Cheers,

I love the way MCE works. configuring it is easier too, and can be done in the load script, so you can dynamically add & remove buttons based on DB entries or whatever easily.
