Text Editing

Hello Folks.

I got one of those flash templates from a site.
It has some text I'd like to change, but when I load the movie the entire movie dosent show up until I Test Flash.

How do I edit the movie that the timeline dosent show.. and how do I exit text that is already in this flash video.

Two things: Is this all in one swf? AND Is there any ActionScript in the first couple (or just the first) of frames?

It is when its exported? Would you like to see the source file? I have no idea about the action script though.

Hi Im a Newbie to flash. But i have a slight problem,

Im not a flash designer, but my new site has flash. i need to edit the text on the flash movie to reflect my current prices and when i did; the movie shrank and the sound disapeared. and it is slow as .... The first page is what its suppose to look like but the text is not what i want. and on the next follow pages are the result of me trying to edit the text on the .fla file. Is there any way i can get what is on the movie on the second page to act and look like the homepage. i dont know if i can put my link on here so if someone would like to help me; i will give it to you then. I have all the files swf and the fla files but the fla file will not open up in flash. unexpected format error. i dont know what that means either.

I would be great fully for any help i can get on this.
