Text doubling when outlining in tables

Hi when I outline type in my project that is in tables it makes a duplicate text outlined which means the artwork has two lots of text. Anyway to outline tables text so this doesn't happen?

...only way is to select individual text, rather than the complete table...

...or don't outline the text...

...when selecting text, try selecting the cells too (by rows and columns)...

...or as above, just targeting the text you want to outline...
