Text displays as boxes when installing

I too have had this problem. I have not solved it but I do have tradition Chinese language installed on the machine that I create my msi's on. This has made rows of boxes where there should text. I also remove and reinstall VirusScan on that machine a lot. I just figured that I had corrupted something
