text delete

Hello there, I have a slight problem that is breaking me up, I am an amateur VBA writer, and I am trying to solve this: in excell sheet 1 I have something like this, this is for a report with at least 50 pages and this is just an example.

Like you see there is a bunch of data, but I just need the cells in column 2 with numbers in them I need to delete all rows with text in column 2, column 2 is where 547050 number is, any help will be appreciated, thanks

Is this a one-shot task or recurring?

I'm guessing it's recurring. The approch would be similar.

On your sheet, first number all the rows. This will help putting it back in original sequence.

I assume that each row of data is ALL IN ONE COLUMN.

Turn on the Auto Filter to help you analyse your data/

Sort the column of report data.

Find the HEADINGS and delete all but what is necessary.
Find 547050 AND DELETE
Find any other extraneous rows and delete.

Sort back into sequence if necessary.

Once the process works to your satisfaction, turn on your macro recorder and record.

Post back with your recorded code for help with customizing.
