Text caption for Command Button displays incorrect 1

I am using Access 2000. I have a form with a Command Button it. When I enter the Caption: "Save & Exit" it shows up as: "Save _Exit" on the form but still displays correctly in the properties window. Any ideas how to correct this display error ?

& is the underline character for captions. To get it to print as itself, use &&.
