Hi,
I've been exporting to RTF(Exact) format and every so often the text boxes that are generated in Word (both Word 97 and Word 2003) are not big enough to show all the text that was exported. Line breaks are also a bit off. This happens with both text fields and data fields in Crystal. Occasionally a few letters get clipped off completely.
This does not seem to happen consistently. We found that by changing from one default printer to another that the problem happened less often but we still get it. I think it has to do with some sort of setting in Word but cannot figure out which.
I am using Crystal 8 with version 8.5.0.32 of u2frtf.dll. The original report is formatted for European A4 paper size but Crystal unfortunately exports it in North American 8½"x11" size, which may be part of the problem.
Anybody got any ideas?
Thanks
Jeff
