Text box URL trouble

Hi,
I'm having trouble using the URL function under character to link text boxes to new pages on my site. When published, it works fine on my computer (PC) on Netscape but the text is garbled in IE (and in HomeSite when I go in to modify it for that matter). The weird thing is that it seems to be flipped on other computers, where it works on IE but is garbled and does not link on Netscape.

Please let me know if you have any tips for me.
