text box format of number

I am using CR 2008

I have a field containg fx rates {SpotRate} which is showing fine on report eg 1.11345 . When I drop it into a text field it only shows as 1.11 . I though it maybe no formating which I need to 5 dp but when I do this it shows as 1.110000

So data at moment showing individual fields is

date ccy rate
26-May-2013 AUD 1.11345

When I put into a text box separating each field with a comma I get

26-May-2013,AUD,1.11000

What is going on?
