Text Box - Can Grow, Not Working

I have two text boxes on a form. I have requested that they both grow and shrink.

When the information is returned on the form, the boxes do not grow or shrink. They are both attached to memo fields.

Can anyone help?

Can grow does not work in form view.
It is there in case you print the form so that you will get all the text printed. (In the form you can scroll to see it).
