Text appears tiny from received Outlook e-mails

I have a user that has been receiving e-mails that the text of is appearing tiny. I mean TINY!
So far all the senders of these e-mails are using Outlook.
The only way to read the text is to edit the message and enlarge the font.
We are using Notes 6.5.2.
Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated!
