Hi gang,

I wonder if anyone else has tried to do this with Mailsweeper for SMTP 4.3

I'm trying to setup an outgoing Scenario where emails that do not say 'Unclassified Email' are deleted and the sender informed to add the above into the subject line and re-send.

I have created the phrase in it's own expression list and set the weighting to 'detect' However, emails are only being triggered if they detect 'Unclassified Email'
if it sees anything other it passes the message as 'clean'

What you do is create a classifier in the Outgoing folder that classifies all mails to a new classification which has your warning message.

Then, you create your text analyser to detect that phrase and if detected assign a classification which is JUST ABOVE the new classificaiton you just created, and which has the Deliver action in it.

That way, mail with the phrase will be delivered, mail without it will produce the warning.

Why don't you just add the text using a Disclaimer scenario, anyway?
