We had ip trunking installed and people were complaining of quality. We rerouted back to sprint by changing the rli back.
I have setup a dummy acd to dial the route access code to make some test calls but now they want me to test indiviual trunks?
How is this possible to setup remotely to dial a number and hit individual trunks?

Hello
The easiest way and sure to hit the call is to use the IDC table. Change a DID number into a rout ACOD and the following digits or use a dummy ACD NCFW. In the IDC table (LD 49) enter the DID number and then the number you choose to reach. You will also have to assign this IDC table to the incoming rout in LD 16 at the IDC prompt = YES and DCNO and NCNO the IDC table number.
