Testing to see if any records were returned for report? CR8/RDC 1

Does anyone know of a way to put in some sort of conditional text box that will only appear on the report until some data (any data) is printed on the report? I'm trying to figure out a way to print a line say something like "NO DATA FOUND" until something is found and printed on the report.

The general goal is simply to have blank reports dislay the "NO DATA FOUND" message somewhere so users aren't confused. Is there a way to do this??? Obviously, I'd need the message to display when there is data to report.
