Testing PB 9 application with Rational Robot

Hi buddies,
Recently we migrated the code of PB 6.5 to PB 9. We test the application built in PB 6.5 in Rational Robot version 2002.05.20. When we tried to run the same scripts for the application developed in PB 9, it is not running. It does not consider the objects of PB as in PB 6.5, instead it considers coordinates.
Now we scared of whether we have to again write scripts for PB 9. Is there any solution for this?
