Hello. I have created an Android mobile app using Dreamweaver cs5.5. I am able to test it with the emulator and using Device Central. How can I test it on the actual device? I have not been able to find out by searching. All searches show how to do it with the Device Central.

Thanks for all help.

Most appdev tools can create an APK, even if only unsigned or self-signed. Then you can usually move the APK file to the device via SD Card, FTP, SMB, etc. and install it there by clicking on it in a file explorer tool.

Dreamweaver sounds a little "out there" as tools go but I just don't know much about its ability to create applications targeting Android. Surely there is something on this in the docs or in the product forums?

just look for "export" under file, its easier to do this in eclipse and yes like Postdilettante said, you have to choose the format .apk(export it to apk). apk's are like .jar or .jad, apk is the executable extension for android devices.

good luck!
