I have a system which is having disconnect problems. I know I can test each line using the console or go to system and test at dmarc.
Can I test from a user phone which may or may not have line buttons.
Dialing an access code to a particular line. 801, 802 etc.
I suspect my problem is with the carrier : voip thru mediatrix .
Any assistance would be appreciated. thanks
