Testing Merlin Legend co Lines

I have a system which is having disconnect problems. I know I can test each line using the console or go to system and test at dmarc.
Can I test from a user phone which may or may not have line buttons.
Dialing an access code to a particular line. 801, 802 etc.
I suspect my problem is with the carrier : voip thru mediatrix .
Any assistance would be appreciated. thanks
 
You could connect a regular telephone to each line to see if the provider is generating a positive disconnect when the originating party hangs up. Chances are, they aren't.

Yes I can do that, however it is the customer that would like to do the testing from her phone that does not have enough buttons on her phone. What I am looking for is, A Code that she may be able to dial to choose a specific line for calling out on. They have ten lines.
The actual problem is, callers are experiencing calls being dropped after 30 to 60 seconds. I am trying to determine if it is on a particular line or all. I am unable to get to site at this moment
and hoping some troubleshooting or more info from customer.
