Testing Legend T1 cards for Loop Errors

I have acquired a new duty and I need help. I need to know how to test Legend T1 cards. I have been told I need to make a loop back adapter dose anyone know how? What other tests should I do to make sure the card is functioning 100%?

If you are makeing a Loop back Cable then use a Dw8 Cable or Cat5 W/ a RJ45 end and loop the pins 1-4 & 2-5 (W/O- B & O - W/B). If you are useing a 103 block then Loop 1-3 & 2-4. Both just cross over the Transmit to the Recieve.
