Testing ISA with SBS:

I need to test ISA in a SBS environment as i have never worked with it before. We have an existing SBS server with one ADSL connection. What will be the best method to test ISA with SBS seeing i have only one Internet connection.
Also the only reason i want ISA is not for firewall purposes but for restricting users for Internet access and its caching capabilities.

I realy need some advice here. I want to install ISA for its web caching and monitoring part. I need to restrict users or deny access. I know it come in 3 modes: firewall, webcaching and integrated mode. The server does have 2 NIC's but i have setup SBS 2003 to use only one NIC. I dont wish to complicate things on the server as its a fully functional LOB server.
Can i safely install only the web caching part without messing up the excisting setup.
We have firewall capabilities on Netgear router.

Anyway ISA needs TWO properly configured NICs to work properly: one linked to your LAN switch, the other to the WAN router.

Do i run the Internet/Email wizard to configure the 2 NIC. I use 192.168.0 range for internal NIC and router.
But my question still remains:
Can i just install the web caching part to monitor and restrict Internet access?

Can someone point me to some resources how to setup ISA on SBS without the firewall. I find it difficult to get any resources on the Internet.All i want to know is can i setup ISA with only using web caching mode on a single NIC SBS 2003. I need to manage Internet access and monitor users Internet usage.
