I have a set of users in a hunt group controlled by a vector. What they want to do is have the vector test to see if there are people in ACW, if they are then we can queue the call to the hunt group. If there is no-one in ACW (i.e. Available, on a call or logged out) then they want to route it elsewhere...

I've looked at my vectors and I have tests for "available" (meaning logged in and not in ACW or AUX or ACD or ExtIn or ExtOut) or "Staffed" (meaning logged in)

Any pointers appreciated -no matter how esoteric...

Cheers,

Virgil.

You have it backwards. Avalaible means just that, an agent avaliable to take the call (auto in-idle). Staffed means logged in and in any state. Aux, acw, auto-in, etc.

if you want it to queue if as long as someone is on the phone system = staffed

if you want it to queue if someone can take the call right now = avaliable.
