Testing Data from WAN port on 200ICP

Hi. Thank you for all of your helpful tips!

I have an SX200 ICP in a hotel environment. The switch sends data out to a printer when the maid cleans a room, AND the switch is connected to a PMS via the WAN port. The switch is supposed to send the same clean room information out from the WAN port to the PMS at the same time, but the data is not making it to the PMS. It used to work!

First, how can I test the WAN port to see if the data is being generated, and

Second, where can I check in programming to see if this option is enabled for the WAN port?

Hi Folks...turns out that Option 108 was DISABLED in Form 04. Not sure how that happened, but I enabled it and everything works fine now! Thanks again!
