testing call routing

Hi,
Can someone give some insight on a good way to test our cisco IPT?
To put a load on the system, right now we are doing it manually by gathering a bunch of people and everyone calling in at the same time.

What we're looking for is holes in the system, whether it be human or computer error.

In past rollouts I've used Chariot to test/stress a CUCM system - that's probably pretty costly, and I'm not very familiar with the back-end.

What sort of system do you have? It's probably going to be pretty tough to stress a platform that can handle 250,000BHCA by just calling into it
