Testing and Acceptance

We're responding to an RFP that's asking for manufacturer's recommendation for "Acceptance Testing" - in other words, what will allow us to tell them that their network is set up properly? Is set up the best way with the equipment delivered? Will work reliably? Etc.

HP doesn't seem to have anything for this... and am wondering if anyone here has something that we can borrow for our response.
