Does anyone have a test script/plan that they follow for the testing of Service Packs prior to implementing.

I have a rough idea of what needs to be checked on Windows Service Packs & SMS Service packs but it's nice to see what views other people have.

Regards

Neil

Best bet is to test it on reference machines really, keeping in mind that you may need a reboot depending on what sp's you are deploying. If your scenario allows for it, it may be ideal to do it out of hours, that way no one is inconvenienced and no one can mess with an install.
Otherwise, run hidden, whther user is logged in, and then when the user reboots the pack is applied.
