test nupoint call director call flow

Hi,

I am trying to modify an existing call flow for holidays. It is set to a line group then to a mailbox (for different languages). Is there a way to test a call flow without activating it in real-time in the middle of the day?

Can you create a duplicate you can use for testing?


I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
