Test Exchange 2003 Server

I have a test exchange 2003 server also running a Sharepoint 2003 Server. I can send and receive from Outlook but None of the web access exchange items work.
ex. All are 404 error? The virtual directory show this as a path: \\.\BackOfficeStorage\DOMAINNAME\MBX

Any ideas? Are Sharepoint services over running my exchange?
