Hi can anyone recommend any test equipment for the user end such as test phone/network analyser?
We've had a huge rollout and our field engineer looks a bit unprofessional carrying around a spare 7911 !
Any links ets would be appreciated thanks.

Looks interesting bit I was thinking more of a standard test phone/Fluke network analyser.

Also does anyone know of a test kit where the group of phones could be viewed as icons on screen showing how ringing group etc would work before being implemented in the real world?

JDSU (Acterna) makes a very good VoIP test set. HST-3000. It can actually emulate an IP phone by cloning the MAC address. It gives all the Packet Loss, Delay, Jitter, etc for the network. It can make and receive calls also.

Can't help on the second part.
