Our QA group implemented it this year. While it is really good for having accurate test plans, visual of pass/fails,, the reporting use of the tool is horrible. Half of the filters for graphs don't work. We want to simply track the # of test cases run per week and overall, as well as the # of pass/fails, but we cannot log our defects into TD as right now we use our in house software. We are very disappointed in its reporting capabilities, and they are working on it. We have someone writing queries from the database to get our data. Also, what data it did give us was incorrect.
