test container for app. running time and email threads

Hi there,

I have two questions:

1. test container for app. running time: let's say we want to know how long a "hello, world!" program runs. Here the "hello, world!" program could be MFC, ActiveX, OLE, whatever it is. How do I make a test container to measure the running time of the application program?

2. Why I couldn't email thread to my email box? It says:

Does anyone know what happened?
