is there a test condition to see if agents are logged in before it sends it to the group? i am not logging them all the way out either just using the group enable/disable.

There isnt no.

Are you saying that if there are no agents logged in you want it to go somewhere else?

What about an assisted transfer?

If there is nobody logged in and there is no q'ing or vm on the group it will follow the busy route of that action?

Or the no answer route if queuing is turned on?

yes but only if there are no agents logged in. not if they are busy. currently i am using qing and if there are no agents logged in it just sits in q forever. i would like it to go straight to vm. but dont necesarily want them to have to force the group out of service.

If they are busy or not logged in will return the same reponse from the group.

There is no way to distinguish between a group that has nobody logged in or everybody logged in but busy.

so then the best option would be to put the group out of service and have it follow a fallback straight to vm.
you agree?
