Hi all!
I'm trying to fault find an annoying issue with the TES824 in the factory where I work and was hoping that some of you may have experienced/solved similar issues.
The TES824 is set up with 2 extension cards utilising a total of 14 extensions.
All of the extensions use the KX-T7730 handsets and all function fine.
I can unplug any T7730 and plug in a KX-TG6511E DECT and it functions fine on its own but if I plug both into the same extension at the same time, only the 7730 will ring.
If I hear the 7730 ringing, I can still answer the call on the DECT even though it does not ring.
Have checked the fault is the same regardless which extension card phones are connected to and before anybody asks - Yes, ringer is switched 'on' on the DECT.
Any ideas? Things to try?
