TES824 Basic Setting

Hi

I just get the TES824 and connect main two lines on CO1 and CO2 and three extention lines of JO1, JO2 and JO3 repectively.

I install the software KX-TE maintenance console on my PC and it was connected via USB. The problem which I was facing is that when I try to get the outside line by pressing 9 from any ext phone it will not dial. Can you please guide me how can I set the configuration through PC based software THanks

you should first allow j01&j02&j03 to co 1&2
in software 3>co 2>incoming /outgoing in day . launch . night you can select what time allow ext use co

Also go turn on CO Lines under

3.CO >> 3.Detail

Check connection of CO1 and CO2, uncheck the rest i.e CO3,CO4,CO5,CO6,CO7 and CO8

Change Dial Mode of CO1 and CO2 to DTMF
