terminating vpn clients on Cisco router

Hi

Does anyone know if there are issues with terminating vpn client connections on a Cisco router using a GRE tunnel source interface?

I have an interface terminating vpn clients and also acting as the tunnel source for a GRE interface and the clients have frequent disconnections. The clients will not reconnect after this happens unless the device is rebooted.
