How do I get my terminating extension group to accept more then one call at a time? I have group 6 that has 3 extensions in it. when you select option 1 for customer service from the announcement, if someone in the group is busy on a call, the other two extensions in the group that are available won't pick up the call instead you get a busy signal. Any help would be great. In the mean time I went a head and created hunt group and cover answer group to eliminate this issue, however, now the calls aren't routing to voice mail like they should when someone doesn't answer the call.
