Terminating Cognos Impromptu Sessions

Hi guys,

Just like to know if Cognos Impromptu sessions with a Sybase RDBMS are terminated in the event it hangs and that you need to terminate Impromptu via task manager? Does Cognos have a utility to terminate an aborted session that may still be existing in the RDBMS in this case?
