terminate inactive sessions

I have 3 generic users setup on NT box. A large number of users connect
at the same time using these generic users. Is there a way to
terminate inactive sessions (let's say after 15min) without
terminating all other sessions connected as the same users?

If I understand your question correctly?

Go to the Citrix Connection Configuration(Metaframe Tools), Highlite the ICA-TCP connection, go to the first drop down menu Connection - then choose Edit. Next select the Advanced button. In the Advanced Connection Settings select the Enabled for Logon and then type 15 in the Idle section. This will disconnect a user if there is no activity after 15 minutes. When there are many users and limited licenses, it's a good procedure to enable this feature along with the Disconnection Setting.
